Rates:  

Minimum service fee is $150.00 for one and a half hours.

Hourly rates are $87.50/hr after the initial service fee.

Extra time is billed in 1/2 hour increments.

Flat rate quotes are also available on larger projects.

Below prices are minimum service charge only as a starting point depending on the job requirements:

Attic access stairway - $325

Ceiling, sheet rock repair (up to 2 sq ft) includes texturing - $250 (each additional sq ft additional $10)

Crown molding install (paint grade) - $6.50 per ft

Door replacement (single exterior) - $350

Door replacement (double/french exterior) - $550

Garbage disposal - $125

Roof repair - minimum $150

Safety grab bar - $100 minimum service charge

Storm door replacement - $125

Toilet replacement - $125
